Jill Bankston P.e.

Jill Bankston, P.E. has a comprehensive work experience in engineering, with a focus on city and civil engineering projects. Jill currently holds the position of Director Of Engineering/City Engineer at The City of Encinitas. Prior to this, they served as the City Engineer and Principal Engineer at the same company. From 2013 to 2019, Jill worked at the County of San Diego, where they held the role of Chief of Project Development, as well as Project Manager and Civil Engineer. Jill began their engineering career at Caltrans in 1998, where they worked as a Transportation Engineer until 2003.

Jill Bankston, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
