Daniel Hinman

Daniel Hinman is an accomplished management analyst currently employed by the City of Eugene since March 2023. Prior experience includes project management at Energy Solutions LLC., where responsibilities encompassed crew management, customer engagement, technical repairs, and safety oversight. Daniel served as a solar power consultant at Better Together Solar and worked as a community service coordinator at Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation. Daniel's tenure at Case Western Reserve University focused on establishing the Institute for Safe Secure and Connected Systems. Additionally, Daniel held leadership roles at United Way of Eastern Maine and United Way of Greater Cleveland, focusing on community impact and income stability initiatives. Earlier career experiences include roles in placemaking at Cleveland Neighborhood Progress and as a graduate assistant at Miami University, along with a position as a video editor at ESPN. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Ohio Wesleyan University and furthered education at Miami University.
