Deveron Musgrave

Deveron Musgrave is an experienced professional in waste management and environmental resource management, currently serving as the Biosolids Lead at King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks since September 2024. Musgrave has held various roles at the City of Eugene since May 2015, including Project Manager, Management Analyst, Waste Prevention Program Manager, and Waste Prevention and Green Building Program Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Retail and Retail Manager at BRING Recycling from September 2009 to May 2015, as well as owning Living Glass Works and co-owning The Rabbit Bistro and Bar. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Electrical Science from Bellingham Technical College and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from Whatcom Community College.
