Greg Menegat

Greg Menegat is an experienced management analyst with a strong background in budgeting and finance, currently overseeing a $10 million budget for the City of Eugene's Recreation Department since July 2016. Prior to this role, Greg worked as a financial services industry consultant, conducting operational due diligence for multiple mortgage banking companies. Earlier career experiences include serving as a compliance executive at Bank of America, managing compliance risk in multi-billion dollar mortgage businesses, and holding roles in corporate development and risk management at Providian Financial and Associates First Capital. Greg began their career as a bank examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Diploma in Economics from The University of Manchester, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Menlo College.
