Jack Blackham Cfm

Jack Blackham, CFM, currently serves as the Permitting & Floodplain Manager for the City of Eugene, where responsibilities include oversight and management of the city's SDC, erosion control, and floodplain management programs since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jack Blackham worked as a Civil Engineering Technician at AKS Engineering and Forestry from July 2018 to January 2021, holding the title of Civil EIT. Jack Blackham earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biological and Ecological Engineering from Oregon State University from 2015 to 2018 and previously studied Environmental Science at Southern Oregon University from 2012 to 2013, where Jack Blackham obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science.
