Ryan Essler Pe

Ryan Essler, PE, is a project manager and engineering technician currently employed by the City of Eugene since July 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Civil EIT with the City of Grand Forks from May 2014 to July 2016, and previously working as a CRM Billing and Online Transactional Specialist at arvato Customer Services for a brief period in 2014. Additionally, Ryan gained experience as a summer design intern with the Minnesota Department of Transportation in 2013, assisting in the design of pedestrian ramps, and as a student worker intern the previous summer, where responsibilities included assessing sidewalk conditions and highway repairs. Early career experience also includes a customer service role at Lowe's Home Improvement from April 2011 to January 2012. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University, obtained in 2014.
