Spencer Crawford is an experienced urban forestry and landscape design professional with a diverse background in managing public parks and urban forest programs. Currently serving as the Urban Forester and UF Supervisor for the City of Eugene since April 2019, Spencer leads a team of arborists and oversees the management of departmental programs, budget, and contracts. Previous experience includes roles as a Landscape Designer and Park Specialist II, where responsibilities ranged from project coordination and technical supervision to maintaining park systems and leading teams. With a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Oregon, Spencer has developed strong skills in landscape design, construction management, and team leadership through various positions in the landscape industry and public recreation sectors.
