Tim Costin

Tim Costin is an accomplished financial professional currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst for the City of Eugene since January 2020. Prior to this role, Tim held various leadership positions including Vice President and Sr. Associate at BrightMark Partners from May 2016 to May 2019, and was a Trainmaster (Transportation Manager) at BNSF Railway from January 2015 to May 2016. Tim is an alumnus of the University of Oregon, where a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Innovation and Entrepreneurship were earned. During time at the University of Oregon, Tim was a dedicated member of the Cross Country and Track & Field teams, achieving academic honors and contributing to PAC 12 Championship victories.
