Tony Bearden is an experienced Application System Analyst Programmer currently working for the City of Eugene since November 2022 and has also been a Programmer Analyst at GloryBee since October 2019. Previously, Tony developed a work order management system as a Web Development Intern at Get Found Eugene in early 2019 and worked in front desk operations at First Call Resolution, focusing on security and employee onboarding from August 2017 to March 2018. Notably, Tony served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Symantec from 2008 to 2015, where key responsibilities included resolving escalated issues for enterprise customers.
