William Carter Pe

William Carter, PE, is a civil engineer currently employed by the City of Eugene since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Transportation Project Engineer at Goodwyn Mills Cawood, where responsibilities involved transportation and roadway design as well as client management for various local and regional projects. William also worked as a Transportation Engineering Intern, with a focus on design in the Augusta, Georgia metropolitan area. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Cranston Engineering Group, P.C., where municipal roadway and pedestrian facilities were designed, and Engineering Designer at Murraysmith, concentrating on transportation projects for agencies in the Pacific Northwest. William began the career as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with Rogue Valley Sewer Services, focusing on sewer construction and rehabilitation.
