Lisa Payne

Lisa Payne currently serves as the Assistant Director of Planning and Economic Development for the City of Euless, a position held since June 2022. Prior to this role, Lisa was a Senior Planner for the City of Denton from August 2021 to June 2022 and held the title of Principal Planner in the Town of Trophy Club from October 2016 to August 2021, where responsibilities included leading the planning division. Lisa also served as Town Planner for the Town of Little Elm from September 2011 to October 2016. Earlier in the career, Lisa gained experience as a Planner, Development Services Coordinator, and Permit Technician with the American Planning Association - Texas Chapter and as Entitlements/Construction Coordinator for Armstrong Development Properties, Inc. Lisa's career began as a Planner I for the City of Rowlett in 2006 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Urban & Regional Planning from Texas State University.
