Brianna Castronova has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in communication and customer service. Since November 2014, Brianna has served as a 911 operator and police dispatcher for the City of Everett, also taking on the role of office clerk. Prior to this, Brianna was a Shift Lead at Sport Clips Haircuts and a Shift Manager at SUPERCUTS, showcasing strong leadership skills. Additionally, Brianna worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Circuit City. Located on Boston’s north-west border, the City of Everett, MA is experiencing unprecedented new development and economic growth. As the pace of redevelopment accelerates, Everett endeavors to become a more walk-able, transit-friendly, and mixed-use community. There is direct public transit access to Boston, Cambridge, Somerville and Boston's Seaport and close proximity to major transit corridors: I-90, I-93, and Route 1. With over 46,000 residents in 3.2 square miles, Everett is one of the densest and most diverse communities in the Commonwealth. Our economic strength is fueled by our diversity and major employment sectors: hospitality, education/health, finance, construction and the trades.
