Brianna Castronova

Brianna Castronova has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in communication and customer service. Since November 2014, Brianna has served as a 911 operator and police dispatcher for the City of Everett, also taking on the role of office clerk. Prior to this, Brianna was a Shift Lead at Sport Clips Haircuts and a Shift Manager at SUPERCUTS, showcasing strong leadership skills. Additionally, Brianna worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Circuit City. Educationally, Brianna holds a Cosmetology License obtained from Empire Beauty School-Malden, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2010.
