Thomas Lakamp

Thomas Lakamp currently serves as the Fire Chief for the City of Fairfield, Ohio since December 2022 and has been an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Cincinnati since 2005. Prior to these roles, Thomas Lakamp had a distinguished career with the Cincinnati Fire Department, spanning over three decades from August 1988 to April 2023, where various positions included Assistant Fire Chief of the Operations Division, District Fire Chief, Special Operations Chief, Fire Captain, Fire Lieutenant, and Firefighter Paramedic. Thomas Lakamp holds a Master of Arts in Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School (2015-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati (1986-2002).
