Jennifer Failla

Jennifer Failla is a skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources, education, and program management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Coordinator for the City of Fairhope since October 2022, Jennifer has also operated as an Independent Consultant for Rodan + Fields since May 2016, educating consumers on skincare products and business models. As the owner of Gramercy Knits, Jennifer designs knitwear and accessories while previously holding roles such as Clerical Paraeducator and Primary Building Substitute Teacher within the Ridgefield Public School System, where Jennifer implemented innovative educational processes. Additional experience includes directing youth programs, managing payroll systems, and coordinating employee benefits across various organizations. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and English from the University of South Alabama.
