Benedikte Webb serves as the Water/Wastewater Operations, Maintenance & Environmental Administrator for the City of Farmington, New Mexico, since December 2019, where responsibilities include managing an $11M Water/Wastewater operations and maintenance contract and evaluating deliverable performance. Prior experience includes a role as Strategic Planning and Business Development / Service Line Coordinator at San Juan Regional Medical Center from February 2015 to July 2019, where expertise in strategic planning was utilized to enhance company outreach and decision-making processes. Benedikte's leadership capabilities were further demonstrated as President/Executive Director of the Boys & Girls Club of Farmington from October 2004 to January 2015, and earlier as Director of Operations from July 2000 to October 2004, where organizational stability and operational excellence were achieved. Benedikte holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University.
