Annette Hakala

Annette Hakala has over seven years of experience in information technology support, specializing in educational settings. Currently serving as an Information Technology Specialist for the City of Farmington, MN since January 2020, Annette previously worked as a Tier II Technology Support Specialist at Questar Assessment Inc. and as a Technology Specialist at Northfield Public Schools, providing technical support to K-12 staff and students. Annette also held the role of Lead Desktop Technician at Inver Grove Heights Schools, managing iPad configuration and support. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Management Information Systems and an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Dakota County Technical College.
