Chalmers L. McDougald

Chalmers L. McDougald serves as a Council Member for District 4 in the City of Fayetteville, North Carolina, a position held since December 2013. In addition to public service, Chalmers has been the Pastor at New Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church since July 2010 and previously held the same role at Cameron Grove African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church from November 1991 to June 2010. Chalmers holds a Master of Divinity degree from Campbell University, completed between 2004 and 2009.
