Caitlin Starnes

Caitlin Starnes currently serves as an Associate Planner for the City of Federal Way since September 2024. Previously, Starnes worked as an Underwater Egress Trainer at F3EA, Inc., where formal classroom and in-water instruction on emergency breathing devices was provided. Starnes also held positions as Sales Lead at Kadena Marina, Zoning Analyst II at Beaufort County, and as an Associate Buyer and Pricing Analyst at Probuild Holdings. Earlier experience includes project management and executive assistance for Federal Home LLC, and various roles in retail, including Stock Associate and Sales Associate at Pottery Barn and Smith & Hawken. Starnes earned a Bachelor of Science in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Arizona State University and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences from Northern Virginia Community College.
