Kathy Arndt has extensive experience in municipal management and marketing. Currently serving as the Mayor's Office Manager and Host of New Day Federal Way since August 2013 for the City of Federal Way, Kathy also previously held the role of Executive Assistant to the Mayor. Prior to this, Kathy worked at KMA Consulting from 2006 to August 2013 as a Technology Trainer and Marketing Consultant, assisting small businesses with brand awareness through social media and marketing content development. Additionally, Kathy's background includes roles as a Communications Consultant, Instructor, and Operations Lead at Green River Community College from 1998 to November 2012, and a Marketing Intern at South King County Tech Prep Consortium in 1998-1999. Kathy holds an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from Green River College.
