Xiaoquan Guo

XiaoQuan Guo is an experienced Information Technology System Analyst at the City of Federal Way, a position held since January 2014, where responsibilities include providing software, hardware, and network support for over 400 employees and managing the inventory, assessment, purchasing, and deployment of 60-80 computers annually. Prior to this role, XiaoQuan served as an intern in the City of Federal Way IT Department, where a new Message Board for the Intranet was designed and programmed using ASP.NET C# in Visual Studio 2013. Earlier experience also includes an internship at Everest Display Inc., focusing on quality checks and repairs of interactive projectors and collaborating with R&D for improvements on projector aesthetics. XiaoQuan holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematical Science from the University of Washington, earned in 2012.
