Mersiha Beganovic

Mersiha Beganovic, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Analyst for the City of Fife since January 2024, following a role as Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Mercer Island from July 2022 to January 2024. Previously, Mersiha worked at the Port of Seattle from April 2005 to July 2022 as a Payroll Benefits Specialist, where responsibilities included auditing data entry from the Kronos TeleStaff scheduling system and managing employees' leave time. Earlier in the career, Mersiha held positions as Lead Operations Representative and Retail Loan Processor at Bank of America from 2001 to 2005. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from City University of Seattle (2010-2015) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business/Commerce from Highline College (1999-2001).
