Molly Connolly (Evans) began their work experience in 2004 as a Student Life Counselor at the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities. Molly later became a Student Life Counselor Team Leader from 2005 to 2007.
In 2007, Molly joined USA Diving as an Events and Programs Manager until 2010. Molly then took on the role of International Teams Manager from 2011 to 2015.
In 2019, Molly started working at the City of Fishers as a Customer Experience Manager. Molly currently holds the position of Director of Employee & Customer Success, starting in January 2021.
