Lydia Konopka

Lydia Konopka, CMC, has over 35 years of experience in municipal government. Currently serving as Deputy City Clerk for the City of Folsom since September 2000, Lydia's career includes prior roles such as Assistant City Clerk, Senior Office Assistant, and Typist Clerk. Before joining Folsom, Lydia worked as an Administrative Clerk for the City of Rocklin from June 1988 to September 2000. Lydia holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Sierra College and has completed Technical Training for Clerks, earning the Certified Municipal Clerk designation in both 2014 and 2018.
