Joel Madsen

Joel Madsen is an experienced Project Engineer at the City of Fort Myers, a position held since January 2018. Previously, Joel served as a Water Resources Technician at Johnson Engineering, Inc. from July 1997 to January 2018, specializing in AutoCAD and ArcGIS to provide permitting and exhibit drawings for various project needs. Joel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida Gulf Coast University, where education was completed between 2005 and 2017, and graduated from Riverdale High School in 1992.
