Gerald Sorensen

Gerald Sorensen currently serves as an Electrical Safety Codes Officer for the City of Fort Saskatchewan since April 2022 and as a Continuing Education Instructor at NAIT since May 2022. Previous experience includes ownership of Sorensen Electric, managing electrical construction and troubleshooting, and positions at Suncor, Valiant Electric, Inc., Canadian Natural Resources Limited, GP Technologies, Ausenco, and URS Corporation, focusing on projects related to electrical systems, high voltage coordination, safety protocols, and energy control. Gerald Sorensen is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Memorial University, with an expected completion date of February 2027.
