McIp Janel Smith-Duguid

Janel Smith-Duguid, MCIP, has extensive experience in municipal government, ranging from serving as a Long Range Planner to their current role as Deputy City Manager, Infrastructure and Planning at the City of Fort Saskatchewan. Janel has demonstrated strong leadership skills in overseeing various departments and providing strategic advice to achieve organizational priorities. With a background in Urban Studies and a Master of Arts in Leadership, Janel brings a well-rounded perspective to their work.
