Troy Fleming

Troy Fleming has extensive experience in public administration, having served as City Manager and previously as Acting City Manager and General Manager for Infrastructure and Community Services at the City of Fort Saskatchewan since November 2012. Troy's leadership encompasses Public Works, Planning and Development, Infrastructure Services, and Economic Development, with a focus on strategic business planning. Prior roles include Chief Administrative Officer at the Town of Bruderheim from October 2011 to November 2012, and Facility Manager at Millennium Place in Strathcona County from August 2005 to November 2011, managing a team of 200 staff and overseeing significant revenue generation. Troy holds a Master of Business Administration in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce in Operations Management, and a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies, all from the University of Alberta.
