Heather Gulley

Heather Gulley has extensive experience in financial and administrative roles, currently serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist at the City of Fort Smith Utility Department since October 2019. Previously, Heather held the position of Personal Property Assessor for Sebastian County from November 2017 to October 2019. Earlier experience includes a role as a Billing Specialist at Community Health Systems from January 2015 to June 2017 and as a Data Specialist at Standard Motor Products from September 2010 to August 2014. Heather Gulley earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma Wesleyan University.
