Giuliana Scott

Giuliana Scott is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as the Purchasing Manager and previously as the Purchasing Agent for the City of Fort Walton Beach since May 2010. In these roles, Giuliana specializes in creating and assembling formal bid documents for the procurement team and assists in issuing Invitations to Bid (ITBs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Prior to this, Giuliana gained valuable experience at Target, first as a Garden Center Manager and then as a Team Lead in Hardlines and the Seasonal Department. Giuliana holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Central Florida, as well as additional studies at the College of DuPage.
