Bret Belsher

Bret Belsher is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Business Planner for the City of Fort Worth since June 2015. Prior experience includes the role of HRIS Manager at Cash America from August 2008 to August 2014, where Bret focused on providing strategic information for personnel management, and earlier positions as a Software Developer at D. R. Horton and a Senior Developer at Pier 1 Imports. Bret also worked as an HRIS Analyst, creating custom applications and reports using PowerBuilder. Initial career experience includes technical support and network design roles at Future Innovations Inc and CAP Automation, as well as machining positions at Bell Helicopter, Special Projects Manufacturing, and General Dynamics. Bret holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from DeVry and an AS in Robotics from Tarrant County College.
