Clair Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in floodplain management and capital project coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Capital Projects Officer for the City of Fort Worth since June 2002, Clair oversees project activities related to the US Army Corps of Engineers Central City Flood Control Project and private Panther Island developments. Previously held roles include Engineering Manager and Floodplain Administrator, focusing on FEMA/NFIP program management, policy advising, and flood hazard mitigation. Clair has also contributed to the City of Grand Prairie as an Assistant Floodplain Administrator and worked as a Hydrologist at Carter & Burgess.
