Nikita Watts

Nikita Watts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Team Manager for the City of Fort Worth since November 2022, previous roles include Project Manager at CBRE and Project Manager II at MARTA, where Nikita oversaw multiple transit station rehabilitation projects. Prior positions include Operations Manager at AFL, where responsibilities included defining pricing and schedule proposals, and Project Manager roles at Integrated CM Solutions, Parsons/Rollins JV, and Austin/Con-Real JV, focusing on contract management and project coordination for the Dallas Independent School District. Nikita began the career as Planning and Development Coordinator for the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, assessing system activities for program justifications. Educationally, Nikita holds a Master’s degree in Natural and Applied Sciences from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Central University.
