Rachel Arellano

Rachel Arellano currently serves as Chief of Staff for the City of Fort Worth, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel worked for Tarrant County from August 2015 to September 2023 as a Community Outreach Coordinator, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between the County Judge’s Office and various government entities, as well as representing the County Judge’s Office to community organizations. Additional experience includes serving as an Administrative Assistant, where tasks involved managing the Judge’s calendar and communications, and working as a Case Manager at the Law Office of Jason Mills, where legal documents were composed and edited. Rachel also held the position of Assistant Court Coordinator for Parker County, focusing on legal file research and jury management. Rachel's education includes attendance at Weatherford College from 1999 to 2001.
