David Edge III has extensive experience in fire investigation and emergency response, currently serving as a Senior Investigator III at J.S. Held LLC since December 2019. In addition to this role, David has been involved with the Franklin Firefighters Association since July 2008, holding leadership positions as both President and Vice President, focusing on salary, benefits, and safety standards for over 140 members. David's career includes a long tenure with the City of Franklin Tennessee as an Engineer/Fire Investigator since October 2003 and previous positions at Envista Forensics, Southern Fire Analysis, and Unified Investigations & Sciences. An educator as well, David served as Adjunct Faculty at Volunteer State Community College, teaching fire investigation courses. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and multiple Associate degrees in Fire Science from Volunteer State Community College.
