Dustin Walcott

Dustin Walcott is a skilled engineer with diverse experience in civil engineering and land development. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer for the City of Franklin, Tennessee since February 2023, Dustin previously held the position of Land Development Manager at Meritage Homes and worked as a Civil Engineer with the U.S. Department of the Interior, focusing on highway engineering. Additional experience includes a role as Project Engineer at Cobb, Fendley & Associates, where coordination of subsurface utility engineering activities was a primary responsibility. Dustin's background also includes expertise in civil-structural engineering and transmission line design from time spent at Tucson Electric Power. Military experience with the US Navy involved maintenance and troubleshooting of avionics systems. Dustin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering from the University of Arizona and an AGEC-S Transfer degree in Civil Engineering from Cochise College.
