Shahad Abdulrahman is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer for the City of Franklin, Tennessee since August 2019, Shahad has previously held positions including Civil Engineer for the City of Lebanon, Project Engineer at Denark Construction, Inc., and Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee.
