Shirley Harmon

Shirley Harmon, PHR has extensive work experience in human resources. Shirley served as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Franklin, TN since January 2005. Prior to that, they held the position of Human Resources Director for the same company. Before joining the City of Franklin, Shirley worked as the Director of Human Resources for Maury County Government from February 1997 to January 2005.

Shirley Harmon, PHR received their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Sociology and Social Sciences from the University of Tennessee at Martin. Shirley completed their undergraduate education from 1970 to 1974.
