Anne Quasarano

Anne Quasarano is a highly experienced civil engineer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal Civil Engineer for the City of Fremont since October 2014, Anne has also held the positions of Senior Civil Engineer and Associate Civil Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this, Anne worked as Engineering Project Manager at Charles W. Davidson Co. from November 2000 to October 2014. Anne holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, earned between 1996 and 2000.
