Kim Nguyen, IPMA-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst at the City of Fremont since April 2019, following a role as a Human Resources Technician II. Prior to this, Kim worked at the City of Vallejo, California, from July 2017 to April 2019, where responsibilities included serving as a Personnel Technician and an Administrative Clerk II. Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
