Jamie Cooley

Jamie Cooley (Smith) currently serves as an Environmental Specialist I with the City of Fremont, where responsibilities include addressing resident complaints and supporting various environmental initiatives. Prior experience includes working as a Waste Prevention Program Assistant at Clean Water Action, facilitating a program to reduce single-use packaging in food service, and an Energy and Environmental Associate Fellow at Peralta Community College District, where efforts were focused on sustainability programs and developing a Sustainability Master Plan. Jamie has also completed fellowships with Strategic Energy Innovations and holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from San Francisco State University, along with a Certificate in Climate Protection Professional from Skyline College.
