Mark Hungerford

Mark Hungerford, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Planner for the City of Fremont, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this role, Mark worked as an Associate Planner within the same department. Mark's extensive experience also includes over thirteen years at the City of Long Beach, where responsibilities included serving as Planner IV, with a focus on development and land use regulation. Mark holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach, completed between 2004 and 2005.
