Thura Htoon

Thura Htoon is a seasoned network engineer with experience at the City of Fremont since June 2014. Prior to this role, Thura Htoon served as an IT specialist at Madera Community Hospital from May 2008 to June 2014. Thura Htoon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State University, Fresno, where studies were completed between 2007 and 2009, and also attended the University of Oxford for further education from 1998 to 1999.
