Tim Hayes

Tim Hayes is a Systems Analyst/Programmer at the City of Fremont, where responsibilities include administration of the City's ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments since September 2022. Prior to this role, Tim Hayes served as the Systems and Programming Manager for the City of Concord from November 2021 to July 2022, overseeing the Enterprise GIS and fine-tuning ArcGIS Enterprise 10. Tim Hayes also has significant experience from September 2000 to November 2021 as the Senior Geographic Information Systems Specialist for the City of San José, leading the GIS Program for the Environmental Services Department and managing a team of GIS Specialists and a substantial budget. Tim Hayes holds a B.A. in Geography - Physical Track from the University of California, Davis, and an M.S. in Geography from Oklahoma State University.
