Winnie M.

Winnie M. is an experienced urban planner currently serving as an Associate Planner for the City of Fremont since March 2024. Prior to this role, Winnie M. held the position of Associate Planner at the City of Orinda from June 2017 to February 2024, where responsibilities included managing significant long-range planning projects such as the Downtown Precise Plan and various updates to the Housing and Safety Elements.
