Joe Jasso

Joe Jasso, MPA, currently serves as the Manager of Public Safety Technology at Harris County Universal Services, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations regarding Criminal Justice Information (CJI) and auditing applications and infrastructure for CJIS standards. In addition, Joe Jasso is a Deputy Fire Marshal for the City of Friendswood, performing fire safety inspections and investigations. Previous roles include Deputy at the Harris County Sheriff's Office, Lieutenant Investigator and Arson Investigator at the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office, Fire Marshal for the City of Tomball, and Fire Fighter in Baytown, TX. Joe Jasso has extensive experience in public safety, fire prevention, and emergency management, supported by a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley and a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science in Emergency Management Administration from West Texas A&M University, among other degrees.
