Arthur Rappe is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer II for the City of Frisco since January 2020, Rappe focuses on maintaining a secure and reliable IT infrastructure. Prior experience includes a seven-year tenure as a Systems Administrator at Marquis Software Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed security strategy management, vulnerability assessments, and infrastructure oversight.
