Anthony Garcia

Anthony Garcia, PE, CFM, currently serves as Senior Stormwater Engineer for the City of Frisco since August 2023. Prior to this role, Anthony was a Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Irving, where responsibilities included leading the Municipal Drainage Utility's Engineering Team in the planning, design, and construction of drainage projects. Previous experience includes serving as a Water Resources Engineer at HDR, focusing on drainage design and hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) modeling for municipal projects, and an Associate Civil Engineer at Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, reviewing land development projects for compliance with drainage and water quality standards. Anthony's career began at RKA Consulting Group as a Project Engineer and Senior Engineering Technician. Anthony holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
