Jerome Joaquin

Jerome Joaquin has over a decade of experience in public works and project management, currently serving as Administrative Manager for the City of Fullerton's Public Works Department since February 2020. Previously held roles include Senior Analyst and Analyst II within the same department, as well as Project Program Coordinator at Advanced Avant-Garde Corporation, where projects were managed from design through to closeout for various local agencies. Jerome gained early experience as a Planning Intern for the City of Rosemead and as an Administrative Assistant for Instructional Services at Glendale Community College. Jerome holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 2007 and 2010, and attended Glendale Community College from 2004 to 2007.
