Frank S. Razem, GISP, PMP, currently serves as the GIS Manager at the City of Galveston since July 2021, following experience as GIS Supervisor. In addition to this role, Razem has been a Scout Leader with the Boy Scouts of America since October 2015 and previously held the position of District Chairman, coordinating district activities. Prior to City of Galveston, Razem was the GIS Manager at Gulf Interstate Engineering, focusing on the Sable Trail Transmission project, and worked as a GIS Analyst at Waste Management Inc. and Senior Supervising Scientist at the South Florida Water Management District. Earlier career highlights include a GIS Specialist role at the Board of County Commissioners Martin and experience in real estate as a Realtor-Associate. Razem's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Colorado Technical University and multiple certifications from ESRI. Additionally, Razem has military experience as a Division Leading Petty Officer in the US Navy.
