Clay Billings

Clay Billings has extensive experience in the field of information technology, currently serving as IT Manager for the City of Garden City, Kansas, since January 2021. Prior to this role, Clay Billings held the position of Computer Service Manager for the same city, starting in March 2016. Clay's career in IT began at the Garden City Police Department, where responsibilities as a Computer Technician were managed from March 2011 to March 2016. Education includes an Associate of Science degree in Information Technology from Manhattan Area Technical College.
